These terms cover the use of this website. They are short because the site is simple: it publishes information about one casino operator and earns a commission when a reader follows a link to it. It is not a casino, holds no gambling licence and runs no games.
What this site is
An independent information site about the Whynotbet brand, published in five languages. Its content is editorial: explanations of how bonuses, licences, payouts and game mathematics work, and a record of what could and could not be verified about this particular operator.
What this site does not do
It does not open accounts, accept deposits, process withdrawals, issue bonuses, run games or hold player funds. It has no access to any account at the operator and cannot see, change, credit or close one.
